There’s a band that has been making its mark in the European metal scene for quite sometime, but is waiting to bust out and see worldwide success, and that band is Adept.

While currently signed to Napalm Records, the band has seen some management changes and lineup changes throughout their career.  They have shared the stage with the likes of As Blood Runs Black, Caliban, For Today, and August Burns Red, and has performed for two years at the world famous Impericon Festival.

Adept has released three full length albums under Panic & Action Records, and have released “Sleepless” under Napalm Records in 2016.  Under the “Sleepless” record, their videos for “Dark Clouds” and “Carry The Weight” have a combined 700,000 hits on YouTube, this is while maintaining a solid underground European fanbase, however, they have yet to translate over to stateside.

Madness To Creation’s take:  I really enjoy the metalcore sounds of Adept.  I feel that this suits them better as opposed to the post-hardcore sound that they were known for previously.  Adept is an absolutely resilient band that it’s plain to see why they have success in the European metal world.  Their guitars are sleek and the vocals are really solid based upon my initial impressions of Adept.  Based upon the video posted above, I will be looking forward to more offerings from Adept.  Madness To Creation gives them an 8 out of 10 star rating.
