Editor’s Note:  I was not in the proper mindset to conduct a quality interview.  For us, helping bands and recording artists is what we do, hence I wanted to showcase a quality band in Cold Kingdom that has a world of potential.  I missed the call and it’s one of those things with my anxiety if things don’t go right, I get really flustered.  I just need to get over myself.  I always promised to my readers that what you see is what you get with us and we are really trying to be as authentic as possible when we do interviews and reviews.  Enough of my digression.  Cold Kingdom is on the “Tour-Rito Supreme” tour with fellow Minneapolis, Minnesota heavyweights Sleep Signals and have shared the stage with the likes of Vince Neil and Shinedown, fans can check out their music and Cold Kingdom at the following locations:

Madness To Creation:  How has Tour Rito Supreme been going?  Heard Sleep Signals had something happen to their van.

Dani:  It’s been going good.  Yeah, Sleep Signals had their van catch fire and they lost everything, they lucked out and recently joined us on the tour.

Madness To Creation:  It’s good that your band is helping them out.

Dani:  Have to stick together in this industry.

Madness To Creation:  What have you learned from this tour and what can fans expect?

Dani:  Fans can expect a show from us and Sleep Signals to be high energy, and we love meeting new people, and personally I don’t know if I can speak much for the business side of things but I’ve learned to always be prepared and just be ready.  Touring can be challenging because you might not get the sleep that you need and you’re away from your comforts such as eating nutritious food, being healthy and getting the rest that you need.

Madness To Creation:  Love the recent music video for “The Break”?  Love performance music videos, what is the best damn thing about making music videos and the part that annoys you about them?

Dani:  Overall I enjoy making music videos, it is the fun part of the job, it’s always rewarding to see the finished product.  When you’re touring you don’t get to take part in photo shoots, or music videos just because there isn’t time for that.

Madness To Creation:  You’ve toured with Shinedown, best moment from that tour and give me your three favorite Shinedown songs.

Dani:  The tour was everything I hoped it would be and then some  The guys in Shinedown were the nicest guys that you could talk to and they made us feel right at home on the tour.  The audience responded great to our songs.  I like pretty much all of their songs, hard to pick just three.

Madness To Creation:  You shared the stage with the legendary Vince Neil of Motley Crue recently, best moment from that?

Dani:  It went okay.  Our load in time was at 8 in the morning, and basically we almost got locked out of the venue.  I wish their camp would’ve communicated with our camp on this one because they were a few hours late and basically we could’ve gotten some sleep and could’ve showered and stuff, and rested up, and we had to drive overnight as it was.  It was a challenging night overall but the show was okay.

Madness To Creation:  Tell us about the Minneapolis music scene.

Dani:  The Minneapolis music scene really emphasizes rock and hip hop.  It’s a great scene that’s about the music and the fans there are passionate about their bands that they support.

Madness To Creation:  I know that you have other interviews, where can people find you guys?

Dani:  Hit us up on our socials, it’s all @ColdKingdomBand, comment on our posts as we try to respond to some posts.  We love our fans!
