This 21 year old is becoming a sensation in the Internet and modern rock music world. An artist that has been cutting her teeth whether in musical theater or performing in the Los Angeles music scene since the age of 13, Diamante is ready to implant herself as the queen of the modern rock world with today’s release of “Coming In Hot”.
Fans might have really started to take notice this year with Diamante’s duet performance with Bad Wolves on their smash hit “Hear Me Now”. With “Coming In Hot”, the fans will quickly realize that Diamante was born and bred to rock with her intelligence, swagger, and sex appeal.
The album is full of anthems of empowerment. Case in point, listen to the songs “Coming In Hot” and “Sound Of Us”. Those songs showcase Diamante’s will to win and will to make sure that you’re having a good time while listening to her music. The grooves are very classic rock oriented with an authentic attitude that will cause every boy and even some girls to start fanning themselves and think “Hot Damn” over her.
Diamante brings out empowerment for women and to encourage them to be strong. Her songs “Had Enough” and “F.L.A.G.” would be perfect to let that person that did her wrong know that you don’t mess on Diamante. “F.L.A.G.” has that swagger and it is the perfect song to encourage the woman to come forward if they have been mistreated, abused, or assaulted. On a sidenote, “F.L.A.G.” reminds me of that Betty White quote where she says “Why do people say grow some balls? Balls are weak and sensitive! If you really wanna get tough, grow a vagina! Those things can take a pounding!”.
Diamante also showcases some sensitivity in the rock ballad “Sorry”. “Sorry” talks about a failed relationship and Diamante showcases her vocal range to carry on the story about moving past the regrets and be willing to do what it takes to move forward in the relationship.
There is also a surprisingly good cover of “Crazy On You” by Heart where Diamante does it with her own style and swagger while paying homage to the Wilson sisters in that classic song.
This album is full of attitude, sex appeal, and most importantly EMPOWERMENT! The rock world needs a woman that can carry on that message of empowerment and make it a universal message, and Diamante is going to be the flagbearer of that message with “Coming In Hot”. Madness To Creation rates this a solid 8.5 out of 10 stars. Check out the track listing below.
