On February 16th, post-grunge giants CANE HILL came and kicked ass and took some names providing direct support for SEVENDUST on the “All I See Is War” tour! It was a short and sweet set, and Cane Hill with their dark and moody lyrics to go along with the charisma of Elijah Witt as a frontman, successfully got the crowd warmed up for the rest of the night at the packed Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, New Jersey.
Cane Hill whipped the crowd into a frenzy with their staple song “Lord Of Flies”, which you might have heard if you watch NXT on the WWE Network. The set was loud, dark, and the audience roared with approval as they closed the set with their song “Too Far Gone”. I was expecting more from their recent “Kill The Sun” release, but given the nature of the tour, I figured they would be predominantly featuring their “Too Far Gone” album.
Cane Hill will be wrapping up their direct support slot for Sevendust on the “All I See Is War” tour on Sunday, March 3rd at the Vibes Event Center in San Antonio, Texas before embarking on their headlining club tour. For tickets and further information on the tour, click here.
