Contributor’s Note: Rob Spampinato, founder of Rob’s School of Music, joined The Don’s Hit List with The Don & The Grizz for the 288th episode via FAB Radio International. Through the Covid pandemic, Rob had to figure out how to continue to teach lessons to a multigenerational clientele, and he sure did that. He discovered with the virtual lessons that his students were still practicing their instruments for up to 90 minutes after their lesson. Rob created a custom music curriculum tailored for each individual student with the main emphasis on positive reinforcement. It doesn’t just stop at the music education. It continues on with how to get gigs, how to set up and maintain gear and how to manage your musical career. Beyond that, Rob also does interviews.
