It was a beautiful Sunday night in Minneapolis packed with just incredible music and a lovely atmosphere in my second hometown.  Transviolet headlined the "Drugs In California" tour with Lorelei Marcell and an exclusive opening set performance by local Minneapolis garage punk band Vial.  Personally, I love it when a local band gets an opportunity to shine.  This tour stopped at Studio B at Skyway Theater which is one of my favorite venues to see a show. City Parks Foundation (CPF) premiered their SummerStage Jubilee last week, a free benefit concert supporting CPF's programs in parks. AXS TV announced today that the Network is the national television broadcaster of the 2020 SummerStage Jubilee livestream benefit concert—airing Thursday, September 17 at 8pE/5pP and an encore at 11pE/8pP. SummerStage Jubilee will also be available to AXS TV’s viewers as an on demand offering for up to 30 days following the original broadcast. The 90-minute special event aims to raise funds and awareness for New York’s City Parks Foundation.
