Madness To Creation Sits Down with Brock Lindal of 36 Crazyfists to Discuss “Lanterns”, Donald Trump, and the Creative Process Behind “Lanterns”!

Editor's Note:  It was an awesome time discussing "Lanterns" with vocalist Brock Lindal of 36 Crazyfists!  They recently released their latest offering via Spinefarm Records and they spent some significant time touring with DevilDriver, Cane Hill, and Tetrarch.  We had to reschedule it because one of my contributors was going to interview him as his local band, Katastrophes Tomb was opening the show at the Val Air Ballroom in Des Moines, and based upon the time slot of the interview and Katastrophes Tomb soundcheck, we couldn't make it work.  Special thanks goes out to Jon and Amy for setting the reschedule up with Brock of 36 Crazyfists.  Without further delay, here is my interview with Brock of 36 Crazyfists! M.T.C.:  What does a day in the life on the road for 36 Crazyfists look like...

“1711” by Katastrophes Tomb, raw bludgeoning power!

After recently seeing their set when they opening for The Acacia Strain during their one-off show before embarking on the Vans Warped Tour, I became further intrigued with this band.  It was an intense live show that was highly engaging for the packed house at the Vaudeville Mews.  This band is known as Katastrophes Tomb, and on July 21st, they have released their EP entitled "1711" via Reverb Nation, Bandcamp, and SoundCloud. Katastrophes Tomb is composed of Vincent Venn on vocals, Taylor Soloman on drums, Brian Lundy on guitars, Curtis Coleone on bass, and Joe Youngbear on guitars.  This year alone, Katastrophes Tomb has shared the stage with the likes of the aforementioned The Acacia Strain, Flaw, Psychostick, Motograter, Mushroomhead, Madame Mayhem, and American Head Charge.  They a...

Dave Naruszewicz of VYCES Discusses “Devils”, “Angels”, and “Chucky” with Madness To Creation!

Editor's Note:  It was an extremely rocking night at Spicoli's Rockade in Waterloo, Iowa and VYCES got done with a blistering set at the esteemed Northeast Iowa venue.  VYCES is showing people across the United States that they have what it takes to become major players in the world of mainstream rock with their hard-hitting sound in conjunction with their equally as hard-hitting melodies.  Dave Naruszewicz was kind enough to sit down with Madness To Creation for this great interview.  We basically talked about whatever came to our minds.  VYCES is currently on the road providing direct support for Dead Horse Trauma.  Tour dates will be posted after this interview.  Without further delay, here is my conversation with Dave of VYCES!  You will be able to check out the complete interview ...

The Acacia Strain Destroys It In Iowa!

Very soon, you will be seeing a review of The Acacia Strain's upcoming release entitled "Gravebloom", which is due out June 30th via Rise Records.  Not only that, but you will get to see our interview with Griffin Landa, who is the bass player for The Acacia Strain!  Tell you what, it was definitely one of the coolest interviews I have conducted.  It definitely helps having some coolness to interview, it's definitely not my lame self that's for sure!  This past Monday, The Acacia Strain played a one-off date at the Vaudeville Mews in Des Moines with unsigned talent Ghosthive, Katastrophes Tomb, and Blood Spell getting an opportunity to open for a band that is going to be tearing up the Vans Warped Tour stage for the next two months!  It was a packed show, especially for an early show on a ...
