Matt Gullucci, guitar/vocals for My Ticket Home, Sits Down with Madness To Creation in Regards to Their Craziest Fan Interaction, Puke, and Pet Peeves!

Editor's Note:  When Loudwire acknowledges your album "unReal" as "Best of 2017", you know that My Ticket Home is offering something special in their music.  Believe me when I say it, the more I listen to "unReal", the more layers that there are to unpack and the more sides you see to the band My Ticket Home.  They have recently came off of their successful tour providing support for hard rock heavyweights Nothing More and Hell Or Highwater and they recently announced that they will be performing at Rock On The Range in Columbus, Ohio, which is occurring from May 18th-20th.  Information in regards to Rock On The Range will be below the interview!  Check out our conversation with Matt Gallucci of My Ticket Home below! Madness To Creation:  What does "puke rock" mean? Matt:  Puke Rock ...

Schuylar Croom and Matty Williams of He Is Legend Converses with Madness To Creation on Hot Sauce, Veganism, and Classic Metal

Editor's Note:  It was an interesting night at Amsterdam Bar and Hall in St. Paul, Minnesota as Madness To Creation sat down with He Is Legend.  We spent more time talking about hot sauce and Pantera than their album entitled "few", which is one of the most creative offerings I've heard this year.  It was in a setting where the rockstars were sitting at a patio in the midst of businesswomen and yuppies, which made it an interesting scene for an interview that you would see out of the movies.  They will be having several festival appearances before linking up with the legends GWAR in "The Blood of Gods" tour.  Special thanks to Amy for setting this one up!  Without further delay, here's our conversation with Schuylar Croom(vocals) and Matty Williams(bass) of He Is Legend. M.T.C.:  Ho...

Lindy Gabriel and Jake LaCore of Gabriel And The Apocalypse Converses with Madness To Creation on “The Ghost Parade”, “Animal Rights”, and “Bondage”!

*Madness To Creation photo:  Lindy and Jace harmonizing at the show opening up the "Condolences Across America" tour for Wednesday 13 and Invidia.  Gabriel And The Apocalypse is composed of Lindy Gabriel on vocals, Jake LaCore on guitars, Figgles McGee on keyboard/samples, Zach Williams on drums, JACE on bass, and Joey Connelly on guitar.  Find Gabriel And The Apocalypse at the following locations: www.facebook.com/GabrielAndTheApocalypse www.gabrielandtheapocalypse.com Editor's Note:  It was an amazing night at Lefty's Live in Des Moines, Iowa.  This band undoubtedly stole the night.  Minneapolis, Minnesota's own Gabriel And The Apocalypse brought their fury of harmony, sexy industrial grooves, and a stage show that is memorable, which I believe will get the band to the next ...
Pat Thetic, drummer of Anti-Flag discusses Donald Trump in a Moshpit, Human Rights, Veganism, and 2008 RNC Protest with Madness To Creation! A Warptified Experience!

Pat Thetic, drummer of Anti-Flag discusses Donald Trump in a Moshpit, Human Rights, Veganism, and 2008 RNC Protest with Madness To Creation! A Warptified Experience!

Editor's Note:  It was a wonderful experience at Warped Tour and I stood there in shock at the press table as I was checking in noticing that I got to interview one of my favorite bands in Anti-Flag.  They are a representation of what punk music is all about, and that is not conforming to the system, standing up for other people's rights, and raising awareness for other causes.  Many conservative people give this band a bad rap simply for their band name.  If one listens to their music or read any of their song lyrics, they are a band that is deeply concerned about the issues that are plaguing this country.  I could've talked to Pat for hours but I was also cognizant of the fact that they had other interviews and other happenings at the Vans Warped Tour stop in Shakopee, Minnesota.  I ...

Johnny Christmas of Reel Big Fish Toots His Horn about Donald Trump, Beer, Money, and Beer Money, and Money for Beer with Madness To Creation!

Editor's Note:  It was a beautiful July evening in Iowa and Johnny Christmas, trumpeter(not a trumpist, he would smack me upside the head if I called him that) sat down with Sal and I at an Embassy Suites hotel in downtown Des Moines for this rather hilarious conversation about The Beer Run Tour while talking about Donald Trump, the Vans Warped Tour going on a cruise, and beer with us!  Special thanks to Mike from Earshot Media and for Sal for the work that he did(with a bit of my help) for this interview!  Let's see what Johnny Christmas has to say about these topics! Johnny:  Are these flowers real?  They make for a nice centerpiece for this interview! My daughter just turned 4! Sal:  My son just turned 7. M.T.C.:  No kids here, what do you like to do when you're not touring...

Check out Some Moments That Showed the Beautiful Friendship that Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington Shared. Plus Stone Sour Pays Tribute to Chester Bennington!

This has been a difficult process for everyone.  It's hard to believe that we have lost Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington in the same year.  It seemed like their friendship was a beautiful bond.  It was their love for music, or maybe it was that they shared some commonalities in the struggles that they had in regards to their depression. The first moment I want to share is their rendition of "Hunger Strike" by Temple Of The Dog. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNEG5qaflnU Check out Chris Cornell's appearance on Linkin Park's song "Crawling".  Nice freestyle by Mike Shinoda as well! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F_v1SLIt01Q Then, Chris Cornell tragically committed suicide, you can feel this song "One More Light" and you can feel the anguish that Chester was feeling over ...

Skillet Delivers Riveting Performance at Steamboat Days 2017

Skillet came to Burlington, Iowa’s Steamboat Days festival on June 15, 2017 as part of their Unleashed Tour.  Hot, humid 95 degree temperatures and a plethora of bugs did nothing to damper the enthusiasm as the crowd arrived early for their chance to see the band. The band started out with performances of “Invincible” and “Whispers In the Dark” and the energy of both the band and crowd was apparent right away as the audience sang along with every lyric.  Lead vocalist John Cooper established a great rapport with the crowd very early; for those who don’t know, Burlington, Iowa is right on the Mississippi River so the connection with the band’s hometown of Memphis, Tennessee is apparent.  Cooper gave a message before the playing of “Sick of It” that everyone can relate to ...

Throw The Fight Discusses “Transmissions”, “Randy Savage”, and “Cover Songs” with Madness To Creation!

Editor's Note:  It was a glorious night of music from the Minneapolis hard rock scene.  If you're not from the Midwest, you simply won't understand.  I would honestly put up the Minneapolis hard rock scene against any scene in North America.  Throw The Fight is currently the flagship band out of Minneapolis!  Last year, they have released "Transmissions" via Bullet Tooth Records, and they are awaiting to capitalize on the continued success of "Transmissions".  They are currently receiving rave reviews of their single entitled "Bury Me Alive".  Go to Sirius XM to request that single!  This was a super fun time with this band!  I hope this interview conveys that super fun time!  I interviewed Throw The Fight before their headlining set at the Fine Line Music Cafe in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  ...
